We are very proud to announce; Katie Baad P.E. and Cristobal Paniagua P.E., of C. W. Howe Partners Inc., were presented with an Award of Excellence from the Los Angeles Architectural Awards of 2014 for their contribution on project 2802 Pico.

The structure had 23 living units of low income housing.  The structure was three stories of timber construction above a concrete podium slab and two subterranean levels of parking with a corkscrew configuration.
