C. W. Howe Partners Inc. is Pleased to Announce the Completion of the Civil and Structural Engineering of the Utah Campus with Beautiful Results.
A commercial remodel that entailed the change of use of 190,000 square feet of a 1970's industrial warehouse to a new creative office space. The project was a complete lateral upgrade that was designed with steel braced frames at the bathroom core and the exterior walls. Over 75% of the solid walls were removed and a new mechanical platform was added to the roof for an extensive HVAC system.
